Just did this. Seems to be 60fps in quality mode. I’ll try and compare both images now but this one really seems to be better, even with the loss of resolution. My TV is an LG G5.

Yes. OLED monitors are .. really underwhelming, in my opinion. Especially with HDR, I don't know why but they struggle with maintaining sustaining brightness and they all have very aggressive ABL. There's no wrong answer in this, just don't sit too close to peak brightness I use 400PW on my LG G5 (2500 peak) and it looks amazing, highlights have enough room to shine and the whole picture looks very real
