How do i stop this trail? It pisses me off

If you want ultrawide look to LGs IPS offerings. 34gn850 for 1440p uw and 38gn950 for 1600p uw VA panels are just awful for this kinda thing it's a wonder people buy them

Are you team 2k or 4k?

Picked up a LG 34gn850-b last year for like $330 or something and can't regretted it. It's no OLED, to be sure, but I've no desire to upgrade at all. And I say this as someone who fully appreciates OLED panels. I adore my LG OLED television in my home theater setup. 1440P UW is a good sweet spot for

34 “ IPS Ultra wide gaming monitor suggestions 3440 x 1440 Resolution

Have this exact request and it's infuriating. All recommendations are just discontinued stuff that's no longer available as of about mid this year. The few ultrawide IPSes that remain all have either insufficient refresh rates/response times and/or ghosting issues. Hell I've seen recommendations on

Talk me into 3440x1440 over 4k

Dad here. I used to have a 34” ultrawide that I use for work & play everyday. It was good for gaming because I didn’t need to push my GPU that hard. It was just okay for work, but there just wasn’t enough vertical height for me because I do a lot of graphics and coding. I was considering switching t

LG’s new 5k2k OLED!

I upgraded from the LG 34GN850 to the AW3225QF when I upgraded to the 5090, but what I really wanted was these. Unfortunately, I don't want to go back to matte, so I'm waiting for a Glossy 5k2k monitor. Hopefully one gets announced eventually.

Max budget is $400 found this on marketplace. Is it my best option?

I can tell you I have a 34GN850 and I’m finally going to upgrade to the new LG 5k2ks coming out this year. Basically, yeah at least the 34 model has been amazing.

Hunting down curved 34" IPS monitors in 2025

I've been using a LG 34GN850-B that I picked up last Black Friday for something like $280 or so if I'm remembering correctly. Not sure what they're going for now or if stock even exists. That said, for the price, it's a hell of a monitor. UWQHD, 144Hz (160Hz OCed). It's years old tech at this point

Does Dell send used stock and class them as new?

Bro return it and never buy a Dell or alienware product again. I got a m16 r2 and since day 1 its only been trouble. On my main build I've been using an lg 34gn850 for like 5 years now and its still as good as day 1.

Was sent the wrong LG monitor - should I push for return?

Seems like you got a better one according to rtings. But I'd double check the prices of both of em just to be sure that you didn't overpay. https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/lg/34gn850-b
