Best (non-apple) monitor?
For a reasonable price the LG 4K 27UP850-W. Best non gaming monitor for Mac IMO. Gives you all you need, even some stuff you don’t, and it is very good with Mac compatibility. Best option for any price (including against the ASD), ROG Swift 32” 4K OLED 240Hz. Also no matter what you do don’t buy any

Best “bang for your buck” monitor for M4?
LG 27” 4K monitor, 27up85n or older model 27up850, or 27-650 series. The 85 and 850 has USB-C with Power Delivery, but you don’t need it for you Mac Mini. Maybe for later on your MacBook? The screen is great, 163 PPI and at relative low cost. $300-400, used you can find it even around $200 Anyway, i

Not too late for the M4 Mac Mini
It’s 140cm x 60cm for the table and for the monitor, it’s the LG Ultrafine 27UP850 an affordable 4k monitor.

A PC for Digital Art
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/VHmMfd Hey OP, came up with this. Should serve your purpose pretty well if you ever want to venture into 3D, and will blow 2D tasks out of the water without a sweat. Not a monitor expert by any means, so I added what I researched and found out to be best within the budg

Monitor Recommendation for Mac mini (M4)?
Under $450, you can get a 4K panel. You can't go wrong with LG UltraFine, Asus ProArt and Dell UltraSharp 4K IPS displays Newer models have a very good out of the box colour calibration. Some of the suggestions would be LG 27UQ850, Dell U2723QE both have an IPS Black panel by LG with a contrast rati

27" - 2k or 4k for Coding?
For coding, 4K at 27" gives noticeably sharper text. I use a Dell U2723QE for work and the text clarity is honestly worth it. Scaling works fine in Windows/Linux these days. If you want to match your vertical monitor, the LG 27UP850-W is a good 4K option. Just make sure your GPU can handle the extra

What's the best Monitor for MacBook Pro to get right now? Recommendation?
Go 4K with USB-C instead of HDMI, macOS just looks way better that way. The LG UltraFine 4K (27UP850) is a great value pick, and if you want something smoother the Gigabyte M32U is solid. I’d skip 1440p, scaling isn’t great.

Thanks to this sub just pulled the trigger on the M4 Mac mini. need honest advice on monitor + peripherals before I screw up.
You can stick with the lower DPI for your gaming since there is motion. But for computer work? Headaches, eye strain, eventually get bad vision, need to pay more for better glasses in the long run. Don't know your age, but health is important! A good monitor is MORE important than an any other part

Looking for a 4K Monitor for Music Composition - Need Help Deciding!
If you’re aiming for 4K on a €300-ish budget, I’d lean toward a 27" or 32" IPS better color accuracy for music plus video work, and easier to trust for grading. Models like the LG 27UP850 or the Dell S2722QC usually hit that sweet spot when they’re on sale. VA is fine, but IPS will just give you mor
