No, they start at 300$ and it depends on your use case. I own LG 27G850A-B, which I paid 500€, for both gaming and office work (240 Hz). If you want to use it mostly for office work, Dell S2725QS is the best choice (120 Hz).

Hmm iv just tested it my self on a LG Ultra Gear 27G850A at 240hz and only noticed it when I actively look for it, and and I purposely move mouse mouse fast in a circle. I don’t think it is a problem as it doesn’t stop me from doing what I need to do.
