I use the Levoit Core Mini. It has carbon filter (helps with smells), it doesn't ionize the air (it's irritant, and some do have it) and it makes almost no noise, it doesn't bother my babies.

I got a Levoit Core mini. As far as I'm aware it just has a fan and filter to purify air. Definitely helps with the smell a bit!
