Is the Levoit Core 200S-P worth it for $30?

The Core 200S-P is undersized for your needs. Top Smoke CADR is 90 CFM. The AHAM 2/3 rule requires minimum Clean Air Delivery Rates (CADRs) of 96 CFM for a 144 sq. ft. room. Since you have allergies and elevated pollen, CADRs should be even higher... probably around 144 CFM or greater. Higher CADRs

Air Filter Recommendations for Los Angeles air quality!

Haven't used either. I own a Winix C909. The Winix C610 is going to be better because the CADRs are higher. The Levoit Core 200S will be very weak for your space and pollution concentrations. Build quality on the Winix is likely better too, although some of their models develop bad motor bearings af

Is this any good for my small flat its about 30m2

Again, I don't know the dimensions of each room. And I think there are better purifiers out there; the Levoit Core series isn't high quality. As for a Core 200S, the largest room volume for its use would be 50.97 m3. (Top Smoke CADR of 152.91 m3/h divided by 3.) This would be on the highest airflow

This looks like the Levoit Core 200S. And no, it's too underpowered. Generally you need one purifier per room or space. Purifiers are sized by room volume. For rooms measured in meters, Clean Air Delivery Rates (CADRs) should be a minimum of 3 times the room's volume (in m3). I don't know your ceili

I’m in Canada. Budget is around $400CAD. Area is a baby’s room and play areas about 25feet by 25feet. I need a good unit that’s safe for a baby and dog with no ozone, wifi, UV, sprays or anything harmful. Just good filtration for pet dander, dust etc.

The AirFanta 3Pro puts out 430 CFM and is only $160, but the usual reason I hear for ignoring that model is because it doesn't have a pre-filter so it's more expensive. Still, $240 will buy 4 AirFanta replacement filters, so if the lack of prefilters means they "only" last a year instead of two, the

Levoit Core Mini, good option for me?

Would a Levoit 200 200s also be too small? it has good reviews but it has really low CADR as well? I was on Levoit's website looking at the specs. Core 200s, Ideal Room Size: 672 ft2 (1 ACH) / 140 ft2 (4.8 ACH). That's where I got confused. But then seen the CARD: 90 CFM towards the bottom and that
