Well, I have X1 Carbon Gen 6, it is almost a daily driver, as I have some days using it all the time, and some days using my MBA. The T14s keyboard kind of sucks
i feel you on that keyboard change. the t14s uses a different mechanism with 1.5mm travel vs 1.8mm on the t480. if you keep the laptop for the speed and weight, a keychron k3 low profile mechanical sits right on top and gives you that clicky feel. or look for a used x1 carbon gen 6 which kept the ol
