This time last year I bought a ThinkPad T14. It had two RAM slots; one 16 GB and the other empty. I'd recommend Lenovo L14 series gen 4 or newer on ebay. E14 gen 6 or newer are good as well. T14 and T14s can have soldered ram, so just double check that the ram isn't soldered on psref. Google the lenovo model + psref and you should find it
