Purchased a certified refurbished T14 Gen 5 (AMD) off of eBay, only for the screen to have patches of what I can only assume are dead pixels. Options?
For the screen replacement procedure, I'd go with the official hardware maintenance manual: https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles_pdf/t14g5_t16g3_p14sg5_hmm_en.pdf. Thinkpad t14 gen 5 AMD version, No sim card slot
I got similar T14G5 like this as well. SIM card and card reader slot are covered shut. Though for mine, I could confirm that there are empty module available for both WWAN and card reader by disassembly. I thought that's somewhat weird, why would Lenovo make such a Thinkpad like that.
