I just got my Lenovo thinkpad P16s gen 3 with Ubuntu included from the factory. no hassle and I was up and running the second I turned it on (and backed it up immediately with clonezilla, then timeshift lol). as long as you have the drivers for things like the video card, thumbprint reader and wifi
