ThinkPad P14s Gen 4

Given what you want of it, my hesitation is RAM is fixed, and can't be upgraded beyond 16GB. AMD T14 G3, P14s G3, T14 G4, and P14s G4 all fixed only RAM. Intel G3/G4 equivalents generally, but you must check, had 8GB/16GB soldered RAM + 1 open RAM slot. AMD P14s shares the same hardware as T14, but

I was talking specifically of the P14s G4 AMD, the OP was looking at. The P14s Gen 4 Intel, is a mixture of models with soldered only RAM, and others with soldered + 1 open slot. And why I mentioned E14 G7 which like the G6, has dual RAM slots. P14s Gen 5 Intel/AMD changed, as you say, to dual RAM s
