Thinkpad L15 Gen2
I am personally using two different ThinkPad, T14s gen 2a at home and L15 gen 4a at work. I prefer the T14s much more as it runs smoother and I rarely hear fan noise (even with charger).

What OS Do You Use for Your ThinkPad(s)?
I have Mint 22.2 on my Lenovo ThinkPad L15 Gen 1 AMD Version but it glitched because i used it on a External HDD Drive.

Surely you applied the settings and all? Have you checked the voltage before and after in HWinfo64? If the maximum voltage (after resetting the stats) in HWinfo64 gets much lower (from 1.23V to 1.10V for instance), then it works. But it may work too well, and your undervolt may not be too stable at
