Why are Lenovo ThinkPads so highly praised?
There was a really good post about this a couple weeks ago, that I fully recommend, I agree with every single word of it and my only single criticism is that the author didn't take a chance to add that what is true of ThinkPads is also true of every other corporate-aimed type of ocmputer. The Myth o

L14 Gen3 Review and Appreciation Post
I think on these ones you can go up to 63wH (but the part is uncommon and more expensive)

Just as a heads up, based on some things you are now saying: ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 (Intel) has hal

Need help choosing
Specs look OK, but for a 2 year old machine I wouldn’t pay any more than 500 or so for that capacity.. Even then you’d get more modularity off the E14/L14 lineup, if you’d like to expand anything down the line..

Are older ThinkPads still a good option?
I recently bought a barebone ThinkPad L14 Gen 1 with a Ryzen 5 4500u for €150. Put 32GB used RAM in there, 1TB PC711 GOAT SSD. Total cost €250 even today. The most annoying part is a) it camE with Windows Pro Education which required a little workaround and FFS LENOVO WHY ARE YOU STILL COCKBLOCKING
