Thinkpad E14 gen 3 or T14 gen 1?
Welcome. L14 G1 AMD specs, L14 G2 AMD specs. Just avoid any L14 models with Ryzen 3 chipsets or TN displays. The AMD 5000 series in the T14/L14 G2, saw an upgrade in graphics capabilities, but G1 and G2 are both capable of light gaming.

T14s Gen 1 or L14 Gen 2? (both Intel)
L14 chassis and deck is made of strong plastic, T14 (non s) chassis and deck is made of fiber glass reinforced plastic, with a metal sub-frame. Both are well ahead of budget laptops, which commonly have poor keyboards, and limited upgrades. T14s is a level above, being an all-metal chassis and deck.
