Para o teu orçamento com a questão das teclas eu diria um ThinkPad E16 Gen 3 (AMD) no site da lenovo. O que me preocupa mais é a questão do ecrã, ele é muito básico neste modelo não sei se te vai satisfazer, convinha veres um review a ver se a qualidade de imagem serve para o teu uso.
