I'll leave others to comment on Lunar Lake performance, but in pure hardware terms Lunar Lake is limited to fixed RAM 16GB or 32GB, and a single internal NVMe drive. Lunar Lake's architecture doesn't permit RAM slots, or the dual internal NVMe drive support of the other Intel and AMD models. ThinkPa

E14 Gen 3 ryzen 5 vs T14 Gen 1 ryzen 5 pro vs X1 carbon gen 9 i7 1185G7
Not being able to tolerate a +10 keypad, and having owned a P14s Gen4 AMD w/ OLED (returned for an otherwise identical build LCD) & P14s Gen5 AMD w/ OLED, no way would I ever consider the P14s Gen6 AMD. Too expensive to not get the high resolution display, but battery is simply too small for any CPU
