On August 6th, Legion go s Windows and Steam versions received the latest AMD drivers, and from January until now, Legion go og has not received any latest drivers at all. Is it worth waiting for the official AMD Legion og drivers? I'm afraid this will happen again with Legion go 2

Why would I buy another Lenovo device when they've shown zero commitment to supporting devices for any length of time? I keep seeing posts from their rep saying "I promise it will get better" and nothing happens. Unbelievable that Legion Go has received such poor driver support.

Legion Go 1 will get Updates until October 2029

Hahaha I bet it's gonna look like this: Future updates: 2027: 1 unnecessary update 2028: Update delayed till December 2029 to update Lego 2 and nonsensical folding Legion go model. 2029: Final update does nothing but pops up a message stating "Get fucked, give us more money - Love Lenovo"

Why Bazzite just became a much better choice for handheld gaming

Well, once they fix the control binding after wake issue and HDR issues on the Legion Go 2, I'd be more than happy to use it. Until then I'll just patiently wait for SteamOS official from Lenovo, then back to dual booting.

Lenovo“There are no further updates for the graphics card driver of theLegion Go 1.”

Its always best to get drivers directly from AMD for most things. Especially chipset drivers. The issue is the video drivers. Lenovo has to pay AMD for each driver that they want to be compatible with their version of the Z1. We used to be able to side load official AMD video drivers but AMD has now

Amd software

All I can say is do not listen to others and download the AMD graphics from the Xbox Ally X page in an attempt to fix it. It ended up nearly bricking my first legion go 2 and I had to use a recovery image from Lenovo.

Im tempted to buy legion go 2. Can anyone confirm if they worked out the driver support issues from legion go 1?

Happy to give you kudos if you can show us all how to install the latest drivers direct from AMD onto either legion go. However you can't can you. I suspect you are on about the drivers direct from Lenovo which everyone knows how to install. There isn't a single video or post showing how to do this

Legion Go 2 (Z2E) Power Budgeting Issue: SteamOS 3.9 Beta vs. ROG Ally X (Windows) - Why is the CPU hogging 6W?

ive been saying since the first day of launch (had my legion go at launch) that something was 100% wrong with the mid tdp settings. got downvoted to oblivion, insulted, saying it was my fault, or to do this and that which i did 500 times, saying my unit had an issue because "theirs was perfect" and

How y'all doing the solid RGB led thumbsticks? I kinda want 3 solid colours not flashing or rainbow.

Considering the gyro has been useless since legion go 1 launch and even through to legion go 2 in legion space I really don't believe Lenovo actually ever read or act on any feedback unfortunately 😩

Just bought the xax yesterday and i'm returning it today

General support from Lenovo is dog shit and the device just feels less polished overall. The Legion Go 2 solved some of the quirks but not others. Truthfully, once the wow factor of the bigger screen wears off, you realise that you "put up with a lot of shit".

MSI Claw 8 EX with Arc G3 Extreme leaked, listed in Italy for €1,599

Not really Z2E was incredibly underwhelming and basically a slightly better Z1E that barely catches up to the Intel in the 8AI+. Even with OLED the Go 2 is terrible value at that price when handhelds half its price perform just as well. I doubt this new G3 MSI handheld will be worth that to most peo
