38" UWQHD vs 32" 4K vs 27" 4K
I am tempted to get (2) Lenovo L32p-30 monitors (32", 4K, 60 Hz, 90% DCI-P3 for mac, HDR10 (350 cd/m2), 75W USB-C Hub, good reviews), for $429 each ($858 total) for work and down the road. If I get a gaming computer, I can look at a gaming monitor. I am tired of spending money. Y32p-30 for $758 each

TV As a monitor Options
if you have a good calibrator like displayX calman then go ahead. But if you don't, I suggest getting the Lenovo L32P-30 instead. Best color accuracy in a monitor below $700. It doesn't have any presets for the Rec 2020 colorspace, but very accurate in sRGB and P3 at least and sRGB is pretty similar

Dual 32" monitor setup recommendation for productivity and 2 devices
Lenovo L32P-30 is a good choice, I forgot but it has either 65W or 75W usb c, it's 4K, very good color accuracy in the sRGB colorspace and decent in P3.
