Mini-LED v. OLED HDR comparison

That largely depends on the model, zone amount, and how good the dimming algorithm is. For instance, I’ve tried the KTC m27t6a smeary bloomy mess. No matter the setting. No matter how much I tweaked it. This model though, pretty tight dimming algorithms and minimal blooming. Something to note about

Can't decide which one to keep. Mini-LED or WOLED. KTC M27T6 vs ASUS XG27AQDMG

The KTC M27T6 has a VA panel, but honestly, it looks great with NO Local Dimming in SDR, except when playing a dark game, Alan Wake 2, Amnesia or something. And when Local Dimming is turned on, everything kind of looks washed out, faces look blown out, but also washed out at the same time, there is

Tried switching from KTC M27T6 to AOC Q27G40XMN — regret it. Dead pixel dilemma now.

brothers, I have tested both the koorui S2721PM and KTC M27T6. if you are using your monitor only for gaming then koorui will come out superior in every aspect. The only downside is the IPS glow when local dimming is off. There’s some blooming but it’s not noticeable when viewed from front. Other th

Thoughts on ktc m27t6 ?

Ok, so I bought the AOC Q27G40XMN and the KTC M27T6 to compare. I had 15 days to try them both and return one. I really wanted to like the ktc because hdr looked better than the Aoc. The brights were really nice, and the blacks had 0 light. It seriously looks like the monitor is off when there is a

Experience with low budget KTC/Titan Army/INNOCN/HKC/Koorui/etc brands? Do you own one?

tried a ktc m27p6. it had god awful dimming, completely useless in SDR and still bad in HDR. plus broken hdmi. at the same time ive also seen a guy shit on that monitor for the same reasons while saying the ktc m27t6 was good, so it might not be the brand as a whole.

4K Mini-LED 1152 Zones - worthy alternative to OLED

All monitors have defects and it is up to each user to know what they want, the mini LED can only be used well and HDR for content, so in SDR and working if it is IPS you will continue to have an IPS with low contrast and if it is va you will have black smear. There are several mini LEDs that flash

Drawbacks of Mini LED that no one talks about

I get what you mean. The current market of miniLEDs Is pretty dismal, there are some stars of the show but unfortunately they’re being led by companies that don’t have the best quality control. KTC was a nightmare when I tried the M27T6 (bad btw) got a monitor that looked like the panel took a bat t

I value my m27t6 a lot more now

You don't notice the 2 frames of input lag on the M27T6, old age or slow reaction times? The KTC also tends to highly over brighten shadow details so everything has an unnatural look unlike the MO27Q28G that at least conforms to an EOTF curve.

Theirs An In Depth Review For KTC M27T6 On A English Publication Now

Yeh idk how the returns are managed for KTC as a supplier but it was very absurd and questionable that I received a unit from them that had a broken screen. I hope the M27T6 works out for you. Like I said, it truly isn’t a bad monitor, just wasn’t agreeing with my eyes. lol. Some ppl don’t care abou

What should I buy? Mini LED is next best to OLED.

Nah dimming in SDR is pretty poor. Ofc some people are going to prefer it but if you look at contrast tests, you'll start seeing the gradients in darks start to disappear. You mentioned you have a KTC M27T6, right? You should try the lagom lcd contrast test and you'll see what I mean. Ofc some peopl
