Had KTC M27T6 and TCL 34R83Q. Both looked great with superb HDR, However the blooming and dimming when there’s large contrast differences was just too much for me. There’s tons of lost detail where OLED has no issues. Although obviously OLED is not without its own fair share of issues. But those are

Yes but these HVA panels are miles worse than what is being sold in the Chinese market though. M27T6 panel are from 2023/2024 era probably and the current TCL panels are much better with high 4000:1 contrast without local limit granted the viewing angles are atrocious compared to IPS still but still

Ok, so I bought the AOC Q27G40XMN and the KTC M27T6 to compare. I had 15 days to try them both and return one. I really wanted to like the ktc because hdr looked better than the Aoc. The brights were really nice, and the blacks had 0 light. It seriously looks like the monitor is off when there is a

Nah dimming in SDR is pretty poor. Ofc some people are going to prefer it but if you look at contrast tests, you'll start seeing the gradients in darks start to disappear. You mentioned you have a KTC M27T6, right? You should try the lagom lcd contrast test and you'll see what I mean. Ofc some peopl

Depends where you live. Here in France you can get arguably the best miniled for 399€ currently, the TCL 27r83u, got mine under 300€ and it's really incredible. However I know it's more expensive in other countries so I can also recommend the KTC m27p6 that, while not as good as the TCL overall, was

Does the M27T6 just have extremely shitty local dimming (didn't find anybody else complaining about it) probably. i had the M27P6 which did have extremely shitty local dimming, im talking inverse bloom the size of an apple and the gamma wasnt correct with dimming enabled so some images are just perm

Not true, best mini led monitors is the 4 years old excellent Asus PG32UQX and the newer excellent BenQ EX321UX, both in 32". The Neo G8 is a joke, I check it in the past but nowhere near to Asus and BenQ, in 27" the KTC M27P6 not KTC M27T6. The MSI E16m is in the middle with a bad LD algorithm (I h

Hi, sorry for the delay response, both are the same, Titan Army is a company of INNOCN, have good emulate presets (sRGB, DCI-P3) but the temp is about 7700k, so if you make some photo-video work must calibrate it. VRR and MBR are good, SDR and HDR contrast mediocre to bad compare to similar monitors
