You could buy the KTC M27P6 refurbished like new on eBay for $280 on sale to $360. I personally don't like the monitor because the IPS creates a lot of blooming, but it's an option.

i have an KTC M27P6, it has some compromises since its an IPS rather than VA, but next year, HKC is releasing a 1152 zone VA RGB-miniLED and 9000 zone W-LED VA SQD-miniLED panels

I was looking for a monitor primarily for Xbox Series X non competitive gaming and occasional office / browsing via laptop, but I decided to return it as calibration was a pain and the gamma setting was broken, not applying my changes.
