Based on the photo, we can see quite clearly that there is no vertical blur, but there is horizontal blur, so scaling in half-resolution (QHD, 2560×1440) mode in KTC H27P3 is not integer and results in some unreasonable blur like many other dual-mode monitors, including OLED on
