I can't stand Bezos anymore and I try to boycott Amazon whenever possible. I gave up my Kindle and bought a Kobo Clara and buy epub books from Kobo store or 3rd party ebook vendors. Upload is really just copy and paste into the Clara. So far I haven't missed my Kindle once and can only recommend the

My partner and I love our Kobo e-readers! She has an older Clara 2E and she just bought me a Clara Colour for my birthday. Apart from not wanting to buy from Amazon, these are much better devices in my opinion than Kindles!
