Is Speaker Sensitivity the Main Factor for Low Volume Listening?

I made one mistake (well, that I know of) in my setup and it killed my sound quality

All of my components other than my luxman are around the same price. Also, I don't buy my speakers based on price or size. I judge them on sound quality and the klh model threes are a paper woofer acoustics suspension design which no other speakers out. There are like that with that kind of pedigree
