I commented on your previous post - reiterating my thoughts here just to keep the conversation going: Kinu M47 Simplicity here, and no complaints so far. I love the external stepless adjustment, magnetic catch cup, solid metal construction, built-in funnel, and the ability to swap the classic espres

I really like my Kinu M47 Classic, with the pour over burr. It’s built like a tank. They have a good deal going on the “M47 Phoenix Brew” which comes with the POB standard. The other burr is designed more for finer grinds, though some people prefer it for pour over too.

The Kinu M47 series is very well-regarded for espresso. They also sell a replacement burr designed specifically for pour over if you end up going that route. I have the M47 Classic and really like it. That said, hand grinding for espresso is quite a workout. Make sure it’s something you’re up for.

I have no particular experience with Helor but i have been daily driving a Kinu m47. I would say look into m47 or the millab m01 from timemore. I am getting good layered results with the m47. I highly suggest getting the pour over bur with the m47 classic if you go that route.
