Fake Kingston SSD M.2?
I wouldn't buy it in any scenario, regardless if it's real or fake. The NV3 should be avoided in the first place. The hardware itself is notoriously everywhere. Sometimes it's Phison, sometimes it's SMI. While it's technically an improvement over the NV2, it carries the same issues as the NV1 and NV

What drive is better for the price?
Kingston uses whatever source is cheapest for controllers and NAND chips. In the NV2, some of the controller/NAND pairings led to poor performance. I would give the NV3 a pass for now, until Kingston proves they learned their lesson and quit letting the accountants design SSDs. Let others be guinea

Download Speed SO LOW on SSD Sata, is my SSD just ass or its a real problem?
It's a Kingston A400. No surprise there. Kingston (as well as ADATA) has been well known for "bait and switch" tactics, ie releasing a new SSD model with decent components, waiting for good reviews to come out, then switching to crappier/slower/cheaper components without any obvious sign of a change
