Consider a better quality hand grinder such as Kingrinder K2 or K6. It will be much easier to dial in than your P0.

I think the Timemore C2/C3 variants should be good enough. If you can afford getting the C3, don't bother with the Kingrinder Px line. It's not that they're bad grinders.
