Can I get a decent grinder for under [$50]?

Kingrinder P2. I have the P0 and while it can grind for espresso there is not a lot of wiggle room to dial in so I was only making espresso for milk drinks because the shots were either sour or bitter but not terribly off. I think the P2 is more espresso capable and is under your 50 budget. As long

How many grinders do you have?

three Now let me explain..... old stainless steel and ceramic cheap burr grinder gifted to me by a friend when starting my coffee brewing at home has since been retired to my parents home (after my friend retired it to me) and it will probably be retired to my families holiday home (its a static car

What hand grinder do you have for your Aeropress?

I have both a kingrinder p0 and a Dualit hand grinder. The latter most people have probably never heard of. It's not niche or anything. Just a low cost hand grinder from a UK small appliances company. Pretty decent. But not as much fine tuning as the p0

Amazon Basics Flat Burr

Consider a better quality hand grinder such as Kingrinder K2 or K6. It will be much easier to dial in than your P0.

Do I need a new scale or at all, if I get this grinder? [$67.99]

get the kingrinder p0 manual grinder. its $22 and has 33 micron adjustments, is super rigid, factory centered/calibrated, so is perfectly reliable. all internals are connected by metal, its cheap cause the outside is plastic. same exact grinder as their more expensive ones but a different burr. my s

Coffee grinders cheaper than the Timemore c2?

C2 is 100% worth it. You can also consider the Kingrinder P0 if you’re able to get it from abroad (its US$33) When you’re having okayish coffee it makes a smaller difference but once in a while you come across something insanely complex and high quality and you won’t be able to fully extract that ef

[MOD] The Daily Question Thread

Coming in late, all of the kingrinders are adjustable. Most legitimate hand grinders or otherwise have adjustments. It's really only when you start buying budget pieces that they lose that ability or the ability to do so in a meaningful way. Every kingrinder from P0 to K7 has adjustments.

What grinder do you use, why, and how much did it cost?

$22 kingrinder p0. its calibrated (centered), rock solid, does 33 micron steps, which comes out to about 1-3 second difference in brew times per notch, 100% consistent. its the exact same internals as any kingrinder, and being as centered and rigid as it is, thats why it is as good as you can get in
