If you’re just going to be making lattes a knockoff brand machine like casabrews will work. It has a pressurized basket so you don’t really need a high quality grinder. You could even use store bought pre ground as long as it’s for espresso machines. You’re not going to be getting great espresso tho

Neither. Avoid ceramic burrs. They don’t do a good job and create a lot of fines. Kingrinder K1 + Hario V60 will be your best bet. That combo and you’ll be able to make some absolutely delicious pour over. You do need a scale of some sort, and a kettle. You can make do with a regular kettle, since quality kettles are expensive, just maybe get one of those cheap milk thermometers

Grinder is very important but the aeropress is forgiving. You’ll be fine with this. It’s a burr grinder which is so much better than a blade. But if you’re only brewing for yourself and are ok with the little more time you might fight a cheaper Kingrinder like the K1 could give you a better grind. J
