It sucks but I'm using a Q5 Max that hasn't had issues, but I've never so much as swapped a switch on it so far, which is where most people seem to get issues to happen. Also putting lots of pressure when typing or gaming. I don't do either so I'm fine for now. People guess it has to do with the fle
