I use the 1800, to me I just love how it looks and it makes finding the arrow keys without looking much easier. That being said I don’t have exactly a 1800, it’s a keychron q5 max which has I believe 3 or 4 extra keys between the numpad and main keys so there’s a reason for the gap, but I could be w

I have a Keychron Q5 Max with Milky Yellows and love it. Only downside is no Caps/Num Lock lights. Pretty sure it was a Corsair keyboard (maybe a K70) that got me into hot swap mechanicals back in the day. The "A" key died on me and I had to throw the whole thing out. If a key dies on my current one

I just bought the Keychron Q6 HE 8K. Playing on Logitech G910 for many years, I felt my performance was lagging a bit My son bought the Q5 Max and said Keychron is the best quality board on the market. Keys are solid with aluminum frame. Keyboard weighs 4.1 lbs. - thats insane! Heard Wooting was the

I ended up buying a keychron switch tester and it only had 4 low profile options. I lubed some of them so they really aren't helpful. Probably store away somewhere in bad shape. I ended up buying a regular keychron q5 max (which I love) but man I'd kill for a low profile one with the same quality.

If there a systematic PCB error it could just as well happen to a replacement unit. Here is an example, with four in a row (verified to not be the same unit send back): Keychron Q5 Max issues: Double typing and keys not registering. Also including V6 Max: A comment reports four V6 Max's in a row fai

... A 20% reduction in weight is more than "slightly lighter"... 🤷 This thing at 1.66kg/3.6lbs is RIDICULOUSLY light for having a 98% layout fully CNC machine aluminum housing. (Ofc it's still a heavy keyboard, but for the construction style it's breaking new ground in terms of weight). It's SIGNIFI

I got the q5 max which is pretty good. I also bought nuphy node 75 for travel and I think I would be satisfied with the the node 100 over the keychron

My Keychrons have become my daily drivers since I am not concerned about what happens to them. The Q5 Max is an excellent board, and my first board in the hobby. I like it so much I took it to work along with a q60. I don't think I will be buying a Q6 Pro anytime soon. I would need some other boards

half-kidding, but they were great. I've had a few mechnaical keyboards that were able to mimick that same action, but i have a $200+ Keychron Q5 Max, that I've ripped the switches and keycaps out of six separate times, but still can't find something I like. Maybe i'm crazy.

If you by "they" mean the people who had problems, some of them have troubleshooted it, found the root cause, and fixed it/repaired it. Warranty, if the process works, is the correct action, but the point is that the causes of this problem are fairly well known. Misaligned plates Due to the physical
