After my first two boards, I decided that lubing stabs was the only thing worth doing
Wasn't the whole idea behind all those mods to take the stuff that was available on the market at the time (like 5+ years ago) and improve it substantially with little effort? I mean, it is crazy how much development/improvements have happened in the last few years in terms of what you get for your

NuPhy killer or nah?
Depends on what you value I guess. My €130 Nuphy Halo 2 IO feels and sounds much better than my €225 Keychron Q1 Max... and the Nuphy doesn't have rattling stabs.

Unpopular opinion: the V1 at $74 makes the Q1 Max at $199 almost impossible to justify. I ran the numbers.
The Q are really hard to justify, except maybe the Q4 is still a bit of a bargain. I still prefer the J2 to any of the Q or V lines. The Keychron design language that makes then leave out the bottom key in the navigation column in the V1/Q1 kind of ticks me off. Moving the column over 1/4u and putti

I'm impressed with the Neo98
That's what blows my mind. I have 4 Q series from 2020-2022 and it's crazy how bad they sound and feel(with mods and tuning) compared to the stock sound/feel of many of the boards out in the last year that cost half the price. It's just crazy to think that they were IMO the best value proposition in

Why is the Q1 V2 barebone $69 but the Q1 Pro barebone $149?
Yeah maybe they are trying to get rid of old stock. Sounds like wireless isn't useful for you at all, in which case I do agree the Q1 V2 is probably better value for you. Especially if you are happy to mod the foams and stabilisers yourself (old stock Keychron stabs are pretty noisy).

This is my personal opinion on this, but the latest series is not really worth the effort to mod. Not because it is garbage or anything (though QC/support by Keychron is apparently not as good as it used to be), but because there is nothing to do: The old Q series (full metal that came before the ch

Keyboard upgrade , I'm totally lost :/
Again with the keychron bullshit. How do people still buy their shit when they dont honor warranties on their shit boards after 6 months, even in the EU. Even the 50€ Aula F75 has better quality than my old V1 and Q1. The keychron board also doesnt have wood, the arm rest does and it doesnt come wit

is the keychron v5 max a good keyboard?
Here is a different kind of feature matrix. Though it is missing a lot of keyboards. For example, the only HE keyboard is Q1 HE. I don't see the point if such a list is not comprehensive.

Hiii Is the rainy 75 pro a bad deal at 190€? In EU the cheapest onion, after scanning dozens of websites and Amazon country pages, the cheapest rainy pro white I can find is at 190€ after shipping The black is 160, but I much prefer the white Is it still a good deal? I know the keychron q1 he is lik

Is the MONSGEEK M1 V5 worth buying for a first mechanical keyboard?
Sure. Rainy75, Wave75, and Bridge75 are all similar to the Monsgeek M1. Actually a bit better. Even the Womier Sk75, too. Same thing with the Keychron Q1 but Keychrons are usually overpriced.
