Are you sure it is the switches? Have you done controlled experiments? For example, does a suspect switch still fail if inserted back in (in a different location)? Reseat before exchanging. I switched from a Keychron K5 Max to a Nuphy and haven’t looked back… the Keychron felt very cheap and plasticky and I had to make 2 warranty claims on it. I try ink their newer offerings are probably better, but I’m much happier here
