Are you sure it is the switches? Have you done controlled experiments? For example, does a suspect switch still fail if inserted back in (in a different location)? Reseat before exchanging. You mean you don't want it to be compact? You could look at the Keychron K5 Max, but it probably won't sound or feel as good as the Lofree. Would probably feel better though if you got different switches.
