You mean you don't want it to be compact? You could look at the Keychron K5 Max, but it probably won't sound or feel as good as the Lofree. Would probably feel better though if you got different switches.

Are you sure it is the switches? Have you done controlled experiments? For example, does a suspect switch still fail if inserted back in (in a different location)? Reseat before exchanging. Related: Keychron 2024 design and production quality issues with keychattering and missed keystrokes Keychron

Re "maybe it's a key issue": It could be, but there are more likely causes, like cold solder joints. Are serious? How is it above standards? Soldered switches, price higher than market standard, no via/qmk and far as the reviews should, totally sub par sound. Really name one thing that makes this keyboard stand out against a cheap keychron like a Keychron K5Max
