Yeah I gave up and bought a Keychron K17 Pro for the slim factor and I haven't had an issue with it. The keys they sell for those are also pretty widely used and you can swap out the switches.

I literally threw a 3kg candle onto it (tripped over my own feet lol) and the only thing that broke was a Ctrl key where the cross fitting inside the key itself broke. You can try Keychron, its an affordable mechanical keyboard brand, they've multiple options, if you need s wireless version you can look at they K series, I'm currently using a low profile model, the keychron k17 pro, that's a 96% layout, hot swappable with yellow switches.
