Shine-through Keycaps Recommendations Request

Mine finally arrived. Not all the keys for my K17 Max are there, no function or numpad keys, the Esc keycap is horrible, so I didn't use it, and I'm still on the fence on the Tab, Caps, Shift, Ctril, etc. I may add them later. In any case, I had enough caps to build a Frankenboard. It works great, t

Nuphy sent me a broken keyboard, now wants me to buy a second keyboard

Don't know about Keychron's warranty, and certainly not in Europe/Germany, but in the US, I've never had a problem with them. In fact, I'm typing on a low profile K17 Max. It's been great. Hasn't gotten the shine either (yet), which I hate. Can't say the same for my Keychron M3 Mini steel mouse thou

I switched to a keychron k17 max and it

I blame either the minimal spacing between keys or the oddly large keycaps (it’s def not me…) Switched to a keychron k17 max and am much happier. Can finally type without frustrating error

Mechanical keyboard for MacOS ?

My Keychron K17 Max works great with both Windows and MacOS. It has a switch you can set to which OS you are using and you can program the keys as well as easily change the keycaps to the correct keys depending on the OS.

Cheers for that. I was already looking at Keychron, but was a bit overwhelmed by all their different options. I was looking at the Keychron K1 V6 (QMK) because of the shine-through, but it has ABS caps and no numpad. Alternatively is the K5 SE, K5 Max and K17 Max. Lofree unfortunately doesn't have a
