If you want a solid full-sized keyboard with hall-effect magnetic switches (actual game changer if you play FPS) get Keychron K10 HE. Goes for an imo fair $130. Same with K2, K4, K8 etc. The keeb game has changed a lot in the last decade, and there are now plenty of plug&play Chinese boards that are

Re "they've have been sold out": Which ones? Some full-size QMK-based Keychron keyboards with ISO variants (or likely to be added): K10 HE. Newly introduced K10 V2 (QMK-based). Introduced in 2024. It definitely has ISO variants (for example, SKU number K10X-J3Z-BO and by the presence of source code

I completely disagree with the Keychron FUD flowing through this forum. I’very purchased and heavily used three different Keychron keyboards this year—one direct from the website, and two from Amazon. I’ve had zero issues with any of them, and they were all different models. My kid is a heavy gamer

If you’re not a gamer, I wouldn’t recommend the Keychron K10 HE. You could get the regular K10 which would be cheaper. I have a V6 Max as my keyboard at work and I love it. Mine came with Gateron Jupiter reds which I swapped out for some oil kings. I have an Epomaker and an Aula, though not any of t

Keychron Q6 HE. HE switches are the new hot stuff for gaming. Alternatively, K10 HE.

Took me a while to figure this out but on my Q5 and K10 HE, it has to be in wired connection only. I have never gotten the gamepad to work on any wireless connection yet. After that, Keychron has a guide for setting it up in steam. I believe you have to create a custom gamepad profile in steam and i

Keychron K10 HE goes for just over $100 on sales. Not much better HE keyboards at this price, but if you don't need magnetic switches then ASUS ROG Strix Scope II and maybe Epomaker Galaxy100 are decent. But every keyboard might have QC issues, some brands have them more often.

Not a lot of good fullsize options. I went from fullsize to 96% and don't regret it. If you're open to 96%, M2 V5 VIA is great for the price and you can grab a switch tester to see what kind of switches you like. Yunzii AL98 is also good. I tried: Keychron Q6: bad stock stabalizers, didn't like the
