Weird. Have you tried a subwoofer cable? Personally, I’d blame the KW2. The last round of firmware updates were really dodgy. Maybe reset the XIO and see what happens? I have 2 KC62s connected to LS60s and a KUBE 10b connected to LSX.No issues at all, except the LSX liking to be restarted occasional

The XIO eventually went into idle mode, and after that I lost the KW2 sync again. I tried the same “workaround” as before — launching the KW2 firmware update from KEF Connect — but this time it did not bring the sync back. Are you talking about the KEF XIO soundbar? If so, I would hold off on buying it for now. It has plenty of firmware issues that need to be sorted out. KEF says they are working on a fix.
