Beolab 8s vs KEF LSX II for desk + future living room setup?
I have both. One set of Beolab 8 in my bedroom and one set as rear speakers to my Beovision Theatre in the living room. The Kef LSX II is used as desktop speakers in my office. Like @matteventu wrote above, the Beolab 8 are more similar to LS 50 Wireless II than LSX. The Beolab 8 can play louder and

My experience with KEF LSX II LT
I use my LSX II LT over USB-C on my PC and Spotify Connect on my work laptop and never had any issues. I literally opened the KEF app once and haven’t touched it since. For me the sound is incredible, can't appreciate the high fidelity enough.

Why are LSX II $1500 on their site and only $500 at my local Costco?
LSX II and LSX II LT are not the same speaker. The LT version is a pared down version with fewer inputs, fewer colors/finish options and no wireless connection option to pair the speakers. They are connected via a USB C cable. The LT normally sells for $999 a pair. Costco must have a deal with KEF t

Looking to buy 2 good quality bookshelf speakers and a cheap amp with bluetooth capability to listen to classical music in guest room
Take a look at the KEF LSX II LTs powered speakers. They’re on sale at COSTCO for $499! They use AirPlay 2 (wi-fi). I have the original LSX and a KUBE 10b subwoofer in my bedroom (12’ x 15’ x 9’H). Great little speaker system!

Completed: Three-Band Speaker Setup
Love the imaging of the LS50 Metas, but can’t afford Blade Metas (for that full-range sound), so over the course of a couple of years gradually built a system that could try to simulate them on a lesser budget. Call it a sort of, “poor man’s Blade Metas,” if you will. Was never interested in the LS6

Desktop speakers, LSX II LT or Coda W?
Upfront, I've not heard the Coda Ws. But I do own a pair of LSX II LTs paired with the KEF Kube 8 MIE with my M4 MacStudio as the source. Due to geographical constraints, I bought them blind. I consider myself something of an audiophile (I have a vinyl-only system that cost c. £30k to assemble), I'm

HomePod Pair vs. KEF LSX Ii LT + sub
Why did you buy active speakers if you went with the Wiim? The KEF LSX II allow an analog input, so it would be standalone + the turntable. It also has built-in Airplay1/2, Chromecast and more. In terms of sound there's no comparison, since switching I haven't looked back. If you position them corre

Why are so many people leaving Tidal? This really troubles me. Is it worth moving to Apple Music?
I was using Spotify for years until I bought the KEF speakers last year. Doing a side by side comparison, when say an orchestra plays together, I could hear a wall of sound on Spotify which actually sounded good but on Tidal, there were different textures in that wall as Tidal diffentiated the diffe

This close to getting the LSX II LT ... unless I should get the LSX II ?
I have LSX II paired with KC65 in my office and it’s such an amazing set up. I literally can’t wait every day till I get the chance to listen to them. Music, movies, YouTube, games - all sounds fantastic on them. I have them connected via usb-c to my mac mini and never use the wireless mode. Yes, in

Is there any Sound System/TV Soundbar that's Google Home compatible?
Check any products with "Google Cast" (formerly known as "Chromecast built-in"). Avoid those that don't have it, i.e. Sonos, most Samsung, recent Sony Bravia soundbars, etc, even if they claim support for "Google Home". Some examples of soundbars that integrate nicely into a Google Home ecosystem by
