MoFi SourcePoint 8—The Hype is Real
I have the KEF LS50 Wireless II, with 1x KEF Kc62 sub (integrated with Dirac Live). Today coincidentally I had the chance of trying the Mofi SP8. Yeah it sounds warmer, less analytical than the KEFs, more like a “real sound”, wider soundstage and more 3D sounding (deeper soundstage especially). Real

KEF R11 Meta - Don't Understand the Hype
Same. I got the LS50 Wireless II + sub for the TV -- I don't know, looking at all the glowing reviews, I'm all the more surprised about how meh they sound to me. Have tried them also as Roon endpoints with all kinds of music and what can I say, just not for me.....

Beosound vs Beolab
😀😀 I never test stuff I cannot buy because I will fall so much in love that I will never be able to be satisfied with mediocre. That is why I also have never driven a Porche or Ferrari. Before all this Bang & Olufsen stuff I was considering getting KEF LS50 Wireless II but I must admit than I have t

My experience; Dali Rubikore 2
For the same price as the Oberons, I can easily recommend Q Acoustics speakers. They're extremely well made for the money. I love how they sound. But I can't say that these Q Acoustics speakers are an upgrade from the Oberons. They're just a competitor. But I can't believe how good the Q Acoustics 3

Marantz M1 Sub Question
I read your post about the M1 with the Kef LS50 Meta. I hesitated for a long time about getting the LS50 Wireless II. But I'm increasingly realizing that separate components are better. I've been looking into the Wiim Amp Ultra with the Kef LS50 Meta, but I doubt it's too lightweight for the Kef. Th

Headphones to listen to Autechre?
Airpods Max. But i need to say, since a have a pair of Kef LS50 wireless II speakers that although headphones might be great they do not really enable you to listen to Autechre as it is meant to. For daily use outside, at the gym etc. nevertheless Airpods max recommended. But i‘d highly recommend to

Speakers for turntable (overwhelming)
IF your budget is €250 then powered speakers might throw on Bluetooth, DACs, fibre optics, HDMI and streaming features which other powered speakers have none off. For a given performances simple powered speakers will be fewer boxes and be less expensive than an amplifier and passive speakers. Going

How satisfied are you with your KEF LS60s?
They are still overpriced even after the price drop. LS50 Wireless II sound almost the same.
