KEF LS LUXE Wireless Speakers

I like how the LS50 Wireless II is now labelled as an “entry point” speaker for “small rooms”, with its “standard KEF cabinet”. Granted that’s not KEF’s literature (I hope?) but still. Where does this leave the LSX II in terms of the line up? Is that one meant for cupboards?

Beolab 8s vs KEF LSX II for desk + future living room setup?

I have both. One set of Beolab 8 in my bedroom and one set as rear speakers to my Beovision Theatre in the living room. The Kef LSX II is used as desktop speakers in my office. Like @matteventu wrote above, the Beolab 8 are more similar to LS 50 Wireless II than LSX. The Beolab 8 can play louder and

What am I missing with the KEF LS50 II Wireless without a sub?

Kef LS50 II wireless are rated at 45-28kHz, LS60 31-24KHz. There is a lot of music pumping out at 20-45 Hertz. Maybe below 25 Hertz we can't hear it but feel it as we do with movies that hit 10 Hertz. Low frequencies peak many meters away so the best affect might be in the house across the road. Hav

How do LSXII compare with LS50WII

I have the LS50 gen 1 and X gen 2. First, plan on a sub ASAP. I run all my setups with subs, so I'm biased, but the smaller speakers lose significant bass ability - both 50's and X. For near field, I don't notice much difference between the two, largely since the volume levels are relatively low wit

what speakers are actually worth it for everyday listening?

I've been through at least 10 different "audiophile" speaker systems over the decades. The best I've heard is what I have now - KEF LS50 Wireless II. So clean, clear, distinct, even over the spectrum of audio sound. Add a subwoofer, and you'll not want anything more. And they don't cost a fortune, l

LS50ii wireless update

I have the LS50 W II’s. They are a much higher end design than the Coda. The LS50 W2’s have almost 4 times as much power and the higher end cabinets and drivers of the LS50 Meta. I see the LS50 wireless are now on sale for $1,999.99

Is there any Sound System/TV Soundbar that's Google Home compatible?

Check any products with "Google Cast" (formerly known as "Chromecast built-in"). Avoid those that don't have it, i.e. Sonos, most Samsung, recent Sony Bravia soundbars, etc, even if they claim support for "Google Home". Some examples of soundbars that integrate nicely into a Google Home ecosystem by

Help me choose my next KEF setup: LS50 Wireless II vs. Coda W vs. Q Concerto Meta?

Well LS50 Wireless II will need a subwoofer, so add that into your budget. The other options benefit from one, sure, but it's really a requirement for LS50s. Is that still attainable? I think either of the other options are great, more budget-conscious choices. The Concertos will probably be more ap
