Don’t own the LS60 but the app does still suck for initial setup and I assume that’s the same setup for every KEF. Once past the setup you don’t really need to use the app so you should be fine

Return, get other ones. When they work they will continue to work. KEF is classic sound quality. They can't even start their speakers together, it's one after the other. There's many issues with the app. It's usable. Most of the time. KEF LS60 here. Same same. I've gotten them to play radio AND Spot
