Are Kanto Yu6 good speakers for producing?
You'll need studio monitors, not bookshelf speakers like the Kanto YU6. Bookshelf speakers are designed to sound good, for consumers. Studio monitors are designed to sound accurate, for producers.

Why are LSX II $1500 on their site and only $500 at my local Costco?
I have Kanto YU6 for my computer. The KEF's are night and day better than the Kanto's... The Kanto's play louder but the clarity is just not there.. KEF all the way and yes a no brainer versus the LSX 2

Starke Sound Beta 5 Yay or Nay?
I'll experiment with x-over settings and I also have some foam laying around that is perfect to size some port blockers; they'll only be about 6" from the wall, unfortunately. Which is why I also considered the Triangle Borea BRO3. The Beta 5s are now 30mi away so I should get them, tomorrow. I'm us

KC62 vs. LS50W2
To clarify I haven't heard the ren (these are much newer) but have briefly used the kanto yu6 bookshelf speakers in my lounge (after I got truly pissed off with the lsx working intermittently) - though they are ultimately a similar size to the kanto ren Whilst the yu6 go louder than the kef's the cl

KC62 vs. LS50W2
For decent towers and a proper amp etc you are looking at well over $5k so its pricey On the 1000 yes I tried it in my lounge but it didnt cut it (I was given it by a friend for free so cant complain) and use it with my desktop with the Kanto YU6... i mean if you have nothing of course it does it jo

Are these speakers worth it?
https://www.spinorama.org/compare.html?speaker0=KEF+LSX+II+LT&origin0=ErinsAudioCorner&version0=eac&measurement=On+Axis&speaker1=Kanto+YU6&origin1=ASR&version1=asr That's the difference. I haven't heard the Kantos. The bump in the upper midrange on the Kantos is concerning, it looks like a resonance

LS50 Wireless II vs R3 Meta — and WII M Ultra Amp vs Audio Vectar QR3 SE?
Agreed on the cutting out. I've owned the lsx (nice sound not too loud but no end of issues) Ls50 I borrowed - better than the lsx amped with a wiim amp ultra - but also has some connectivity issues, you can't use in a tv set up as like the lsx they need bass so too expensive for what they are I fou

Kanto vs Q Acoustics?
The Kantos will be more convenient too start with. They look good, have a built-in phono stage if you use a turntable and have a lot of inputs, although the interface isn't that great. I re-started my hifi journey with a pair of YU6 and replaced them with the Q Acoustics 3030i that sound (and look)

My experience with KEF LSX II LT
I had a different experience. I use the LSX II LT in my home office desk. The speakers are roughly 4 feet apart, toed in, sitting on Kanto S6 desk stands, so they're angled up. I sit roughly 4 feet from each driver. The desk has the right side against the wall and sits about midway into the room, fa

Good Budget Audio System Setup for Turntable
I don’t doubt premium active speakers are good and perhaps have no hum. But active does not necessarily mean powered even if that’s the most common, as I wrong l? I’m seen figuring out all the differences. I am purely referring to powered speakers I bought for €470 which I would think would be infer
