Speaker Advice

Depends on your budget and size, but Kanto Yu4 or Yu6 are good. You can also get a receiver(with Bluetooth compatibility) and get two powered speakers.

Is this a good buy?

Solid deck, ditch the rest. Aim for an amp and two speakers (or at least two powered speakers) for stereo sound. You can source a used stand for way less than that one. What do you already have from FB Marketplace for $150? ETA: just noticed you're looking at TTL - they're great! This package is $10

Struggling to land on a TT. Bailed on LP60x, 120x seems like too much. I’m entry level. Advice?

Yes, the extra $50 to get the optical speed sensor in the RT82 is worth it. Be aware though, the 82 does not have the phono preamp feature of the 80 and 81 models. You should budget for that separately, and don't be tempted with some sub-$25 preamp. You might want to have a look at the AT-LP3XBT-BK

Created 3D printable parametric speaker stands based on your feedback!

Nice job. I'd add a recommendation to use some type of padding to give separation from the speakers and stands. I use 1/4" thick rubber mouse pads. I love my kanto speakers (YU4).

Anyone recommend an easy to put away laptop stand?

They are Kanto YU3's. I haven't noticed a difference. I think maybe a more trained ear could tell but i am using them pretty casually. I got a really good deal on them but only use it for casual music listening and a bit of gaming. I would like to put them vertical again but unfortunately I had to p

My 23 year old speakers need replacement. What are yall running?

I got the Kanto Yu4s on sale and a cheap Klipsch subwoofer after my Klipsch 2.1 computer speakers bit the dust. I didn’t realize what I was missing.

r/battlestations & LG OLED Grab your Black Friday chance to upgrade your setup! [GIVEAWAY] [US]

Hard to say what's my favorite thing about my setup, but I'd probably go with my Kanto YU4 speakers. They've really elevated my whole media experience and have made working at my desk a lot more bearable. I'd probably pick the C5. Watching shows and movies on an OLED would really take it to the next

Do you still use PC speakers?

It was one of the best investments I've made in a while, when I'm watching movies, tv shows or listening to music I love my speakers (Kanto Yu4) they make the audio experience way more immersive, theres something to being hit with base all over not just your ears, it only improves the experience in
