Look for desktop studio monitors. I use Kanto Ora4. P. S. Forget about the subwoofer. Small size (that you’re looking for) and quality don’t go together.

Advice Needed: Near/Mid-Field Speakers under $700 Upgrading from Edifier MR4 (Active/Passive options)
Active studio monitors (like Kali Audio products) have boundary reinforcement switches. I.e. they have controls to lower the bass if you place the speakers near one or more boundaries (wall, desktop, corner, etc.). Anyone try both the OG Nommo Pro and Nommo V2 Pro?
Kanto has the newer Ren speakers , bigger drivers then the ora4 , comes remote and has hdmi and supports eARC
