Hello. After getting my new pair of Jbuds mini, i have realized one small issue about them. I daily drive an Android smartphone, Xiaomi 12T to be exact. Unfortunately, when turning on the movie mode in the JLab app, I experience frequent losses of sound on each of the buds when watching the video. I

I tried looking for replacements but nobody seems to be seelling the earbud. I can't live without my music. What should I do?

They are not great in any way, but they are small and where very cheap, and that means I always have some phones if my regular ones runs out of battery. I'm not exactly sure if that's false advertisement but they do fit the JLABS Jbuds mini however do not fit the JLABS Air Buds Anc and there isn't a pair to purchase separately with the exact same size eartips.

So there is an auido cue on awareness mode, but no simliar que on play/pause. If you listen to an audiobook, its not easy to understand at once that playback resumed as there is a pause inside, maybe there is a way to enable it?
