They have a kids pair? Sign me up! My canals are tiny and I've tried dozens of ear buds, plugs, etc and only found JLab Jbuds mini ones that are on a keyring.

These aren't sport specific earbuds but I do regularly cycle and run with them: JLab JBuds Mini. My ears are pretty small and they fit unlike other similar style wireless buds I've tried (and I also have had them fall out yet, fwiw)
