Jbl's are the best bang for your buck, especially second-hand. They are also great for untreated rooms. This waveguide thing is magic and stereo imaging is simply unbelievable. They also sound very consistent across the room. I love them so much that I got JBLs 305 with LSR310S sub in my home office

Kali WS6.2 vs. WS 12.2 subwoofer
I already have a JBL LSR310S… which is sufficient for the time being but replacing my old JBL monitors with Kali monitors and both the 6.2 and 12.2 caught my eye. Definitely more of a nice to have vs. A necessary upgrade. I don’t really have volume limitations, but my room is also pretty small. But
