What do you actually use your portable Bluetooth speaker for most?
¡Qué bien! El JBL Charge 6 es un altavoz potente. ¿De qué color lo elegiste? ¿Tus pacientes hacen alguna petición?😊

Best Bluetooth speaker?
I’m late, but I’m going to hijack this thread with some of my findings to help people out. If you’re listening to wonky shit like Tape B/Liquid Stranger AND hard shit like Excision/Wooli/Kai Wachi, the JBL flip lineup does not deliver well. Minimum you want a JBL Charge 6. The flip sounds OKAY, but

Looking for replacement bluetooth speaker
JBL charge 6. I know u said no JBL but it’s easily everything u asked for and it’s amazing at its size. Can tweak the sound with 7 band EQ, usb-c lossless audio, portable to pack, etc.. it’s extremely rugged so will take an ass whippin and keep on kickin, can get them at a decent price if u shop aro

So like, what's the actual issue with just using a simple DAC like this?
No of course. That is, if it hasn't rotten or blown out at this stage. But even a small JBL Charge 6 can give a very great sound in the car if you put it on the dashboard. It's a simple solution if you want to have BT instead of replacing the head unit

What was your best “money well spent” moment so far in 2026?
Purple JBL Charge 6. Just got it today. Amazing sound definition, great bass, tons of power and all of this in a small compact speaker with a newly added hand strap.

Am I overthinking this or are Bluetooth speakers weirdly hard to choose?
We went to Best Buy where they had most of the mainstream ones on display and hooked up so you could play them, switch back and forth, and compare. Ended up with a JBL Charge 6. It seemed to sound the best for that amount of money, and it gets good reviews. Overall I'd say the JBL line sounded bette

Recommendations on Bluetooth Speakers for playing along and learning by ear?
Went from a SoundLink Mini to a JBL Charge 6 and the difference in the low end was night and day. Way tighter and more defined bass, plus the app has a 7-band EQ for dialing things in. Hard to beat for the price.
