Best home sound system?
I'm very happy with the JBL Bar 9.1 soundbar system with wireless sub and wireless rears. I'd buy another JBL Bar product if I needed one, like the Bar1000 or Bar700 with Multibeam 2.0 ATMOS.

Hisense U8k not passing through Atmos
I used to have the 75” U8K and set it up with JBL Bar 9.1. I’m fairly certain that I just had it set to digital audio out and auto as I experienced issues with Passthrough. I also had issues with eARC so I had it set to ARC. I’m not sure if it was firmware related or U8K hardware related.

No Dolby Atmos on Android Smart TV
I have a Samsung Q60BA 55" Tv and the native app of jiohotstar on that tv does give me dolby atmos output. I have jbl bar 9.1 connected to the TV via HDMI eARC port.
